After a long break from exercising and finally prepared to stop fattening up, I have decided to get back to it! Yes, I intend to get to 90 minutes of exercise per day, but today, I decided to gradually build into that goal. I went for a very simple and brisk 20 minute run. Nothing extraneous. I have various resources\tools that I’ve ordered recently coming in, soon, God willing, which I’ll detail in this log as they come in.
