The whole point of this blog is supposed to be about taking time out to get that whole 90 minutes of exercise in!  And, here I go, so far from the goal&#8230;  Well, I did get my blood work in, today.  That was of critical concern.  I also went out an purchased a <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0007ZH18M?ie=UTF8&amp;tag=codedigestionexercise-20&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=9325&amp;creativeASIN=B0007ZH18M">Tanita BC554 Ironman Glass InnerScan Body Composition Monitor Elite Series</a><img src="http://www.assoc-amazon.com/e/ir?t=codedigestionexercise-20&amp;l=as2&amp;o=1&amp;a=B0007ZH18M" style="border:medium none !important;margin:0 !important;" border="0" height="1" width="1" />.  This thing tells me my weight, body fat percentage, water weight percentage, total bone weight, muscle mass, amount of visceral fat, and my health age.  Oh, and it&#8217;s BEAUTIFUL LOOKING!  See through glass.  It also stores my age, height, and records the findings to it&#8217;s memory!   I&#8217;ll post my current status in a few days, regarding my overall health, God willing.  back to other work.  no exercise for today world!</p>

That&#8217;s 25 minutes.   So, we&#8217;ve got 25 + 25 = 50 minutes.  Just 40 minutes short of my 90 minutes of exercise per day goal.  Cool.  I&#8217;m getting closer!  Praise God.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p>I took a break today.  Not because I needed one, but because I&#8217;ve been procrastinating too much in the rest of my life.  Life has become too big.  These are lousy excuses!  Well, I did go and check out the gyms in my area as well as the YMCA.  Don&#8217;t know where I&#8217;ll go for sure just now, though.  It seems that I&#8217;ll have access to the gym 24/7 though, whereas, the YMCA is open from 4 till 9.  WEIRD TIMINGS, eh!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p>Well, I didn&#8217;t go for a run today.  It was cold outside&#8230; Allright!, lousy excuse.  It was cold and dark outside &#8211; MUCH BETTER!  Well, instead, I followed the following guidelines set for October 14th, 2007 at <a href="http://www.Crossfit.com" title="CrossFit.com" target="_blank">http://www.Crossfit.com</a>:</p>
<blockquote><p>Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.</p></blockquote>
<p>Since I don&#8217;t have a pull-up bar, yet, I substituted straight-toed calf-raises instead of pull-ups.  These are my results:  144 calf raises,  40 push-ups, 50 sit-ups, and 80 squats.  Yeah, I know &#8211; NOT GREAT AT ALL!  I think I like the routines at <a href="http://www.Crossfit.com" title="CrossFit.com" target="_blank">CrossFit</a>.</p>
