Day 10

I’m so behind in my other work. The whole point of this blog is supposed to be about taking time out to get that whole 90 minutes of exercise in! And, here I go, so far from the goal… Well, I did get my blood work in, today. That was of critical concern. I also went out an purchased a Tanita BC554 Ironman Glass InnerScan Body Composition Monitor Elite Series. This thing tells me my weight, body fat percentage, water weight percentage, total bone weight, muscle mass, amount of visceral fat, and my health age. Oh, and it’s BEAUTIFUL LOOKING! See through glass. It also stores my age, height, and records the findings to it’s memory! I’ll post my current status in a few days, regarding my overall health, God willing. back to other work. no exercise for today world!
