Just increased the distance of my run from 25 minutes to 27 minutes. Well, I added more distance. Yeah, I know, ya’ guys want the actual distance traveled rather than the time taken to travel the distance. Well, if only ya’ had the speed I was traveling… 27:45 to be exact. After which, I did the Pilates: Abs Workout. That’s 25 minutes. So, we’ve got 25 + 25 = 50 minutes. Just 40 minutes short of my 90 minutes of exercise per day goal. Cool. I’m getting closer! Praise God.
