Well, I didn’t go for a run today. It was cold outside… Allright!, lousy excuse. It was cold and dark outside – MUCH BETTER! Well, instead, I followed the following guidelines set for October 14th, 2007 at http://www.Crossfit.com:
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Since I don’t have a pull-up bar, yet, I substituted straight-toed calf-raises instead of pull-ups. These are my results: 144 calf raises, 40 push-ups, 50 sit-ups, and 80 squats. Yeah, I know – NOT GREAT AT ALL! I think I like the routines at CrossFit.
